From Prototype to Series

Our CNC milling workshop handles both rapid prototyping (single parts in a few days) and small to medium batches. CAM programming and optimised machine setup guarantee perfect repeatability from part to part.

Beyond common metals, Louis Wiedmann SA masters the milling of special and exotic alloys: aerospace titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, beryllium copper. Over 55 years of experience allow us to optimise cutting parameters for each material, even the most challenging.

Compatible Materials

Our CNC milling centres machine all common and exotic metals: aluminium (6082, 7075), steel (C45, 42CrMo4), stainless steel (316L, 304L, 17-4PH), titanium (Ti6Al4V), copper, bronze, brass, as well as engineering plastics such as PEEK, POM-C and PTFE.
